Introduction:

BKL series hydraulic lifting basket mill is designed for multi-batch, multi-variety, and multi-color production. It grinds and disperses the powder-liquid phase into a stable, uniform suspension in a single vessel. It is widely used in paint, ink, dye, pigment, pharmaceutical, paper, and electronic industries.

Working Principle:

The hydraulic lifting basket mill combines dispersion and grinding in a single machine, performing pre-dispersion and fine grinding in one step without transferring material to a separate mill.

The process works in four stages:

• Self-priming. A self-priming impeller at the basket inlet rotates at high speed, creating a strong eddy current that draws material into the grinding basket automatically.

• Grinding. Inside the basket, a pin-type rotor agitates the grinding media, reducing particle size through impact and shear forces.

• Discharge and dispersion. After passing through the grinding zone, the material exits from the bottom of the basket. A high-speed dispersion disc beneath the basket further disperses and spreads the material.

• Circulation. The eddy current drives continuous circulation through the basket, creating a high-efficiency cycle of suction, grinding, dispersion, re-suction, and re-grinding.
